Darrell Behan: Chief Executive Officer – (Managing Member)
Darrell Behan holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) and has been a specialist supply chain and company re-engineering consultant for 27 years. He provides the experience and leadership essential to not only identifying key opportunities for advancement but also ensuring that these opportunities are realised.
His strong project management skills include business re-engineering, modelling, plus design and construct experience within Greenfields sites. As a proven commercial strategist with the ability to implement strategic over the horizon business plans Darrell is recognised as being at the forefront of his field.
Previously, among other successful endeavors, he owned, operated and eventually sold a highly profitable 110 vehicle transport and warehousing company.
Geoff Hukins: Chief Operating Officer – (Managing Member)
Geoff holds a BSc (Metallurgy) and an MBA. An initial career in operations management roles culminated in a succession of executive roles in international supply chain focused corporations. Geoff founded a consultancy service, Hukins Logistics Services, in 1987 and clients included a number of blue chip multi-national’s undertaking projects on 6 continents.
Geoff joined Argos Software in 2004 as Executive Director, with responsibilities including product direction, sales and after-sales customer advocacy. Geoff took on the responsibility for international expansion in 2010, as Managing Director, Argos International.
From 2013 to July 2015 Geoff sat on the board of the International Warehousing and Logistics Association, the peak industry body for the logistics industry.
Gonzales Lee: VP Technical Services
Gonzales Lee gained his BE (Electrical, Electronics and Communications) from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila in 1989. He has worked in a variety of controls environments. Since 2002 Gonzales has been focused on Electroflocculation and water remediation. Gonzales is the architect of the systems controls and software for the Memfree system.
Gonzales was instrumental in refining the process for extreme weather operation and led the successful implementation of the pilot project in Unity. Saskatchewan.
Peter Thusat: VP Marketing
Peter has played an instrumental leadership role in developing strategic communication plans, as well as in formulating and implementing programs for direct and indirect sales to consumers, government entities, NGOs and businesses of all sizes.
Peter studied Psychology at Case Western Reserve University from 1978 to 1980, and he graduated from the Defense Information School with a Journalism diploma in 1982.
Jim Buster: VP South West Territory
Jim Buster has extensive contacts in the environmental, government and business communities. He has served as a city councilman, mayor, county supervisor and state senator. As a state senator he chaired the Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment committee. In that capacity he dealt with water and environmental legislation. He sponsored and successfully navigated several major pieces of natural resource/water legislation through the process. After Jim left the legislature he served as the director of legislative affairs for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for almost 14 years.
Currently Jim manages Southwest Resource Strategies. In this capacity he represents organizations and businesses of an environmental nature. During his time as a city councilman Jim served as the vice-chair of the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association. He currently serves as the president of the Arizona State Parks Foundation and chairs the policy committee for the Arizona Green Chamber of Commerce.

Law Offices of Donald W. Hudspeth PC
Donald Hudspeth is based in Phoenix Arizona and represents and advises Soneera Water on all legal matters. Donald has more than twenty years’ experience practicing corporate and business law. Before attending law school, Donald held a stock broker’s license at the age of 21 and owned his own business at the age of 23. He was a business law professor at Arizona State University, West Campus, and has conducted classes and seminars for a number of higher institutions and organizations. Donald has published two books on law, numerous articles and is the founder of the radio programs Law on the Edge and Law Talk.
